Grant of Share Options
The Board of RAM announces that on 24th September 2010 it granted to certain members of its management and Directors a total of 6,800,000 options representing 5.6% of the issued share capital of the Company under an EMI Share Option Scheme. The options have been granted with an exercise price of 4.5p, being the current market share price of the RAM Ordinary Shares, and are exercisable 2 years from the date of the grant. As part of this scheme, Directors have been granted the following options:
