RA INTERNATIONAL GROUP PLC

Treasury Shares

RA International Group PLC (AIM: RAI), a specialist provider of complex and integrated remote site services to Humanitarian, Governmental and Commercial organisations globally, announces that 19,854 ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "Ordinary Shares") were transferred out of treasury in settlement of certain employee share options. Settlement of the transfer will occur on 7 October 2021.

Following the transfer, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM will remain at 173,575,741, comprising 1,826,919 Ordinary Shares held in treasury and 171,748,822 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The figure of 171,748,822 Ordinary Shares should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
