Revised Notice of Annual General Meeting
r4e, the transatlantic media and entertainment company, today announces that it has posted to shareholders a revised notice of its Annual General Meeting which will now take place on Monday 30 June 2014 at 12:30pm at Wellington House, 125 Strand, London WC2R 0AP, and not Thursday 19 June 2014 as originally announced.
This revised notice of Annual General Meeting replaces the notice that was originally sent to shareholders on Thursday 22 May 2014, which contained a typographical error.
In accordance with Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies, an electronic copy of the revised notice of Annual General Meeting is available on the Company's website at www.r4e.com.
