Director/PDMR Shareholding
First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN) (the 'Company'), announces that Julianne Coutts, Director, notified the Company today that she sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') at a price of 12.5 pence per share on 20 May 2010.
Following the above, Ms Coutts now holds 246,600 Shares, which represent 0.82% of the Company's issued share capital.
