Investor Seminar: Renewed ambition to accelerate sustainable growth
4 March 2021 - QinetiQ Group plc ("QinetiQ" or "the Group") today is hosting a virtual seminar for investors and analysts at 14:00 GMT. The seminar will cover:
1. | QinetiQ's ambition and growth in the US market; |
2. | Our digital transformation and how it will position us for continued growth in the test & evaluation market; and |
3. | Our approach to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) matters and how we deliver responsibly and sustainably for the benefit of all our stakeholders. |
At our interim results in November 2020 we set out a renewed ambition and evolved strategy to accelerate sustainable growth of the company by delivering mission-led innovation for our customers' advantage.
Our ambition is to deliver at least the same level of growth in the next 5+ years as we have in the last 5 years. We are therefore targeting mid-single digit percentage compound annual organic revenue growth over the next 5 years, with strategic acquisitions further enhancing this growth. The next phase of organic growth will be less capital intensive than the last 5 years, thereby supporting a strong Return on Capital Employed.
