Quintain announces that Simon Laffin, independent non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, has confirmed that he will step down from the Board at the Annual General Meeting on 20 July 2015.
The search for a new non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee has commenced and a further announcement will be made when an appointment is approved.
William Rucker, Chairman of Quintain said:
"I would like to thank Simon for his valuable contribution to Quintain over seven years as a non-executive director and for his unwavering support for the Board and business, particularly as Chairman of the Audit Committee."
