Quintain Estates and Development PLC ('Quintain' or 'the Company')

Outcome of Audit Tender

As set out in the Annual Report, the Audit Committee has conducted a comprehensive tender and review process involving four Audit firms. During this process, the Committee considered that KPMG presented the best case to be Quintain's auditor. The Quintain Board has now approved the Audit Committee's recommendation that KPMG LLP should continue as the Company's Statutory Auditor.
