PZ CUSSONS PLC05 May 2005 5 May 2005 PZ Cussons Plc Board Changes PZ Cusson's Chief Executive, Nigel Green, will be retiring from the Company on31st May, 2006. He will be succeeded by Alex Kanellis, currently Plc RegionalDirector Asia. Alex Kanellis is appointed Deputy Chief Executive with immediateeffect. By 31st May, 2006 Nigel Green will have been Chief Executive for 10 years andcompleted over 31 years with PZ Cussons. He is retiring entirely at his ownrequest as he considers that after such a long period the time has come for achange of Chief Executive. Alex Kanellis, who will be 41 by 1st June 2006, was promoted to the Board on 1stJune, 2003. After a period of working both in the UK and Nigeria he has headedup the Company's operations in Thailand and then Indonesia prior to joining theBoard. Under Nigel Green's leadership the Company has grown substantially andprofitably. The Board appreciates the great contribution that he has made andnow fully supports his wish to take early retirement. In his successor PZCussons is appointing a man who has been with the Company throughout his workinglife and the Board looks forward with great confidence to the future.
