Holdings in Company

The Company has been informed today that following a sale of 17,800,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.04p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 27 February 2009, Billam AG no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.

The Company has also been informed today that on 26 and 27 February 2009 Dowgate Capital Stockbrokers sold a total of 19,068,750 Ordinary Shares and no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
