Completion of the acquisition of SiS (Science in Sport) Limited and conditional placing
Further to the announcement by the Company on 17 June 2011 of the Acquisition of SiS and the Placing (the "Acquisition Announcement"), the Company is pleased to confirm that both the Placing and the Acquisition have now been completed.
Additionally, the Company announces that as set out in the Acquisition Announcement, Philip Walker has been appointed as a Director of the Company. Further information on Philip Walker, including the relevant disclosures required for a new Director under the AIM Rules, is available in the Acquisition Announcement.
Defined terms used in this announcement shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Acquisition Announcement unless otherwise stated.
