Premier Management Holdings PLC07 March 2005 For immediate release on 7 March 2005Premier Management Holdings plc (the "Company") Trading update In the chairman's statement accompanying the interim results of the Companyannounced on 28 October 2004, the Company reported that the outcome for the yearended 31 January 2005 would be dependent on the January transfer window. TheJanuary window was not as strong as the Company had hoped for and neither werethere any major Championship deals in the closing months of 2004. As a resultthe outcome for the year ended 31 January 2005 will show a loss with the extentof the loss being dependent on the outcome of a review of the Company'sreceivables which is presently being carried out. Whilst the football agency business is anticipated to be profitable goingforward, it does not have the scale to support the overheads of a publiccompany. Accordingly, the Company's Board is presently exploring a number ofopportunities to expand the football business and introduce new sources ofincome to the Group. Further announcements will be made as appropriate. The Company expects to announce its preliminary results during June 2005.
