Premier Management Holdings PLC01 August 2007 For immediate release 1 August 2007 Premier Management Holdings PLC Director shareholding Premier Management Holdings PLC (the "Company") has closed its employee benefittrust and transferred the shares held by it to Barry Gold, the Company'sChairman and only valid remaining beneficiary under the trust. The award hasalso been made in recognition of the work Mr Gold has carried out for theCompany without remuneration for the previous two financial years. As a result of the closure Mr Gold has acquired 1,115,000 ordinary shares of 1peach ("Shares"), representing approximately 1.2% of the issued share capital ofthe Company. Following this acquisition Mr Gold now holds 16,705,000 Sharesrepresenting approximately 18.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
