Pinewood Studios Development Framework Update

Pinewood Shepperton plc ("the Company"), a leading provider of services to the global film and television industry, announces that South Bucks District Council has approved the detailed design of the first phase of the Pinewood Studios Development Framework ("PSDF") at a meeting of its Planning Committee.

Construction work on the first phase (five stages, ten workshops, production offices and associated infrastructure and landscaping) will commence next month, with occupation in Q1 2016. The addition of the PSDF first phase buildings and backlot to the existing facilities will significantly expand the Group's overall capacity to accommodate major feature films, television programmes, commercials and other screen-based productions at Pinewood Studios.
