DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has today been notified that Ivan Dunleavy, Chief Executive, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 440 pence per Ordinary Share on 12 August 2015. As a result, Ivan Dunleavy's beneficial interest has increased to 177,884 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
