AGM Trading Update

At today's Annual General Meeting to be held at 10.30am, Lord Grade of Yarmouth, CBE will make the following statement to shareholders:

"Since the publication on 26 June 2014 of the Company's audited results for the year ended 31 March 2014, the Company has continued to trade well with good visibility for the year as a whole. The overall demand for the Company's facilities continues to meet expectation.

"The Board looks forward to the future with confidence".
