2009 AGM STATEMENT

At today's Annual General Meeting at 10.30 am, Pinewood Shepperton plc Chairman Michael Grade will make the following statement to shareholders:

"At the time of the Company's Interim Management Statement on 5 June, the Company reported that anticipated revenues for 2009 will remain in line with market expectations, with film revenues weighted to the second half.

Since 5 June, the US Screen Actors Guild dispute has been resolved. The Board welcomes this development and considers the Company to be well placed and views its prospects with confidence".
