Director's Share Dealing
Ark Therapeutics Group plc (LSE: AKT) ("Ark" or the "Company") announces that it was informed on 6 December by Mr Peter Keen, a Non-Executive Director of Ark, that he had transferred 11,765 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company into a Self Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP"). Accordingly, on 6 December, 11,765 ordinary shares were sold by Mr Keen at a price of 3.85 pence per share and 11,765 ordinary shares were bought by the SIPP at the price of 3.85 pence per share.
Following these transactions, there has been no change in Mr Keen's interest in the Company's ordinary shares.
