NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMR)
London, UK, 23rd April 2019 (LSE: PVG): Premier Veterinary Group plc (the "Company") has received notification that on 18th April 2019 Rajan Uppal, a Director of the Company, sold 265,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company held in the name of Diagonal Nominees Limited to his wife's Self-Invested Personal Pension. The sale was made at 44.5 pence per ordinary share.
Following this transaction, there has been no change to the total beneficial holding of Mr Uppal, and he continues to be interested in 5,421,138 ordinary shares (which represents approximately 35.32% of the Company's issued share capital) as follows:

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
