Block Listing Application
London, 6 June 2008: Ark Therapeutics Group plc (LSE: AKT) announces that it has made a block listing application for the admission of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (the "Shares") to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
It is expected that admission to listing of the Shares will take place on 9 June 2008.
The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company and may be issued pursuant to the following share option schemes:
