ARK THERAPEUTICS GROUP PLC

Acquisition completed

London, UK, 5 February 2015 (LSE: AKT): Ark Therapeutics Group plc ("Ark" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that further to the announcement on 28 January the acquisition of Premier Veterinary Group Limited has today completed.

The Company's shares will remain suspended until further notice but, as set out in the circular of 21 November 2014, it is the intention of the Company to publish a prospectus and to seek readmission of the Company's shares on the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. A further announcement will be made in due course.
