PV Crystalox Solar plc - Supply Agreement

PV Crystalox Solar is pleased to announce the further strengthening of its partnership with its longest standing and largest customer through the signing of an agreement for supply of multicrystalline silicon wafers over the next four years. Pricing and wafer volumes are predetermined over the period and total volume is equivalent to 345MW.

PV Crystalox Solar's CEO Iain Dorrity said: "This is an important step towards meeting our stated objective of having around 95% of our production for the next three years contracted by the end of the year."

PV Crystalox Solar, initially established in the UK in 1982, is a highly specialised supplier of multicrystalline silicon wafers to the world's leading solar cell manufacturers. The Group was one of the first to develop industrial scale technology for production of multicrystalline silicon ingots , setting the industry standard.

The Group manufactures silicon ingots in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, and carries out wafer production for European customers at its facilities in Erfurt,Germany. Wafers for customers in Asia are produced in Japan.

PV Crystalox Solar is currently constructing a 1,800MT solar grade polysilicon production facility in Biitterfeld, Germany.
