Results of AGM and Notice of Half Year Results
Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP) announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 28 September 2021, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 24 August 2021 were approved by shareholders by means of a poll vote.
