Issue of Equity and Application for Admission to the Official List

The Directors of Puma Alpha VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce that on 29 October 2020 the Company allotted 1,654,223 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an issue price of £1.013, pursuant to the offer for subscription of the Company as set out in the Company's prospectus dated 23 July 2020 (the "Offer").

The Company will apply for the 1,654,223 Ordinary Shares allotted on 29 October 2020 to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, with admission of and dealings in the Ordinary Shares expected to commence on or around 6 November 2020.

Following the above allotment, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 7,542,076 , and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 7,542,076. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
