At the AGM held today, 8 August 2018 at 2 p.m., all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.
The Company is pleased to announce that a final dividend for the year ended 28 February 2018 has been approved by shareholders. Details of the final dividend are as follows:
Dividend per ordinary share - 2 pence
Ex-dividend date - 16 August 2018
Dividend record date - 17 August 2018
Dividend payment date - 31 August 2018
