Pension holiday and issue of share options
The Company today announces that it has entered into an agreement with the Trustees of The Parity Group Retirement Benefit Plan (the "Plan") which provides the Company with a 14 month pension contribution holiday. As part of the agreement creating the contribution holiday, the Company has today issued to the Trustees, for the benefit of the Plan, options over 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company at an exercise price of 9 pence per share (the "Options"). The Options have no expiry date and any gain on exercise of the Options will be for the benefit of the Plan.
