Parity Group PLC06 November 2007 Parity Group PLC ("the Company") 6 November 2007 DIRECTOR/PDMR DEALINGS The Company announces the grant, on 5 November 2007 to Mr. David Plummer, asenior executive having PDMR status (but not a director) of 250,000 options tosubscribe for ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Shares"), pursuant tothe Company's 1999 Share Option Plan. The options may be exercised, at 67.5p perShare, commencing on the third anniversary of grant and expiring the daypreceding the tenth anniversary of grant, and are subject to the achievement ofcertain performance criteria relating to the Company's total shareholder returnmeasured against a peer group of comparable companies.
