Director Shareholding

Parity Group plc (AIM:PTY.L), the UK IT services group, was today notified that on 27 March 2014 Mrs Paula Swinstead, the wife of Philip Swinstead, Executive Chairman of the Group, acquired 108,745 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 22.75 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Philip Swinstead's total interest in the Group (including that of his spouse) has increased by 108,745 Ordinary Shares and is now 13,295,215 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 13.1% of the issued share capital of the Group.
