Parity (AIM:PTY), the data and technology focused professional services business, has been notified that on 16 April 2019, John Conoley (Non-executive Chairman) and his wife, Fiona Conoley, purchased 67,200 and 127,436 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Group at a price of 7.5 pence per share and 7.8 pence per share respectively.
