Director Changes
The Board of Parity Group plc announces changes to its Board to align further the Group to its new growth strategy.
Neal Ransome steps down from the Board as from today's date. The Board wishes to thank Neal for his hard work over the last three years. David Firth, who joined the Board on the 14 September 2016, will today take over as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Furthermore, the Group announces that Lord Freeman will retire from the Board in the next few months following nine years of exceptional commitment to the Group. Lord Freeman will work with Parity to ensure that his successor has the skills and experience required to continue improving shareholder value. A further announcement will be made once a successor has been appointed.
Alan Rommel, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "The Board would like to thank both Lord Freeman and Neal Ransome for their hard work and dedication over the years, in particular in supporting the recovery of the core business to profitability."
