8 March 2006 Parity Group plc Appointment of Finance Director Parity Group plc ("Parity" or the "Company"), the IT services Group, announcesthe appointment of Joe Kelly as Group Finance Director with effect from 10March 2006.Joe Kelly, aged 40, a Chartered Accountant, has over 14 years' experience infinance roles in the IT industry, of which 11 have been with Parity in bothfinance and senior management roles.Formerly an audit manager with Price Waterhouse and Group Financial Controllerat a subsidiary of Wolseley plc, Joe Kelly joined Parity as FinancialController for the UK Resourcing business in 1995, progressing to FinanceDirector of that operation in 1998. In 2000 he became Finance Director for theResourcing operations across Europe and the US.In August 2003, he was appointed Managing Director of the UK Resourcingbusiness and implemented a series of changes to return the business to year onyear revenue and profit growth. In May 2005 Joe was appointed Parity TransitionOperations Director, and has played a leading role in implementing thenecessary actions across Parity as part of the Company's transformation plan.From 10 March 2006, Mr Kelly becomes a member of the Parity Board, reporting toChief Executive, Alwyn Welch. He takes over from Ed Watkinson who has served inthe non-Board role of Group Head of Finance since July 2005. With theappointment of Joe Kelly as Group Finance Director, Mr Watkinson will completehis assignment with Parity following a handover period at the end of April.John Hughes, Chairman of Parity, commented:"Joe has significant understanding and experience of our business and excellenttechnical skills.
