Trading Update: Confirmation of Receipt of Significant Order by Digitek

The board of PeerTV (AIM:PTV), a provider of technology solutions for the OTT (TV over the internet) market and PCB (printed circuit board) production solutions, wishes to update the market that its subsidiary company, Digitek SMT Assemblies, has become an approved supplier of Strauss Water and has received orders which are expected to generate sales of about $1.5 million on an annual basis.

Commenting on the news Avi Vermus, the CEO of Digitek said "Strauss is one of the best known companies in Israel and a well respected international brand. Our success in winning business from Strauss Water demonstrates our strong technical abilities, especially in power supply design, and the high quality of service we are now providing our growing customer base. With a stream of new products in the pipeline we expect to build a solid business relationship with Strauss."

Strauss Water is a subsidiary of the Strauss Group which has 14,000 employees worldwide and is active in 22 countries and has 29 production sites. In 2012 Strauss Group turnover was in excess of $2.2 billion of which 51% was outside Israel. A leading manufacturer and supplier of food and beverage products, Strauss has collaborations with major international brands including Danone, PepsiCo, Haier and Virgin.

Strauss entered the water sector with the acquisition of Tana Industries, the developer of the Tami-4 line of water purification appliances. Strauss Water's products are sold in several global locations including China, Israel, Canada, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Finland, Singapore and the UK where Strauss Water teamed up with Virgin Group to market its products under the "Virgin Pure improving life with Strauss Water" brand, becoming one of the leading products in the UK market.

The order from Strauss Water is for the manufacture of power supplies for the Tami-4 unit, based on product design and specification produced by Digitek. The order is for a minimum of 200,000 units and is conditional on successful completion of a final design stage, which Digitek is confident will be achieved.

Discussions are progressing with Strauss regarding various additional products and projects.
