Update on Conditional Purchase Order

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 17 September 2014 in relation to the conditional purchase order received from Kartina Gmbh ("Kartina") for 20,000 PeerTV next generation set top boxes (the "Conditional Order"), the Directors are pleased to announce that Kartina has confirmed in writing that the Company's product has satisfactorily completed technical due diligence. The Company is now awaiting confirmation that Kartina intends to proceed with the Conditional Order as previously announced. There can be no guarantee that the Conditional Order will proceed on the terms and in the time frame originally expected by the Company or at all, however further updates will be made in due course as and when they arise.
