Change in Directorate
The board of PeerTV (AIM:PTV), a provider of technology solutions for the OTT (TV over the internet) market and PCB (printed circuit board) production solutions, announces that Leon Nahon, Chairman and non-executive Director, has retired from the Board with immediate effect. As Mr Nahon's decision came not entirely unexpected the board has already identified a suitable replacement and hope to be able to make a further announcement in this matter shortly.
The board would like to thank Mr. Nahon for the leadership he has provided over the past two years. The company has been fortunate to benefit from his experience and professional input.
