Result of General Meeting
The Company announces that the proposal to reduce its share premium account (the "Capital Reduction") under section 648 of the Companies Act 2006 was approved by shareholders at a general meeting held today.
The Capital Reduction is expected to become effective on or around 3 December 2015.
