Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
PTSG, the niche specialist services provider, announces that the Company issued 218,579 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the vendor of Acescott Management Services Ltd ("Acescott"), the specialist cleaning business acquired in July 2014, in relation to part settlement of initial guaranteed deferred consideration for the acquisition, as set out in the Company's admission document. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM on or around 5 November 2015.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital comprises of 87,644,344 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 87,644,344.
The figure of 87,644,344 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
