Posting of Class 1 Circular

Further to the announcement dated 12 April 2018 relating to Playtech's agreement with certain shareholders of Snaitech S.p.A ("Snaitech") for the Group to acquire approximately 70.6 per cent of the issued share capital of Snaitech (the "Initial Acquisition") and, subject to completion of the Initial Acquisition, to subsequently make a mandatory takeover offer for the remaining shares in Snaitech not held by the Group (the "Mandatory Takeover Offer" and together with the Initial Acquisition, the "Transaction"); Playtech is pleased to announce that a circular to shareholders (the "Circular") setting out further information regarding the Transaction and containing a notice for a General Meeting will be posted today together with a form of proxy. The General Meeting will be held at 11.00am at The Sefton Hotel, Harris Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man on 29 May 2018.

Completion of the Initial Acquisition remains subject to the approval of Playtech's shareholders at the General Meeting and certain regulatory conditions and is expected to occur in the next few months, with the overall Transaction expected to complete later this year.

Copies of the Circular will shortly be available at http://playtech-ir.production.investis.com/ and it will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism where it will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
