Media Steps Group PLC22 December 2006 For immediate release 22 December 2006 Media Steps Group PLC Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 theBoard of Media Steps Group PLC (the "Company") is required to notify the marketof the following: As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 72,000,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each, with votingrights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rightsis 72,000,000.
