FURTHER RE: ACQUISITION
Further to the announcement regarding the acquisition of Twenty 20 Media Vision Limited (the "Acquisition"), made earlier this morning, Porta Communications plc (the "Company") confirms that it has applied to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of 3,300,000 new ordinary shares, forming part of the initial consideration payable in respect of the Acquisition, and dealings are expected to commence on 12 July 2012. Following admission of the new ordinary shares, the Company will have a total of 81,157,008 ordinary shares of 10p each in issue.
