Further to the announcement of 4 April 2012, the Company announces that following admission of the placing shares earlier today Gary Wyatt is now beneficially interested in 4,850,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, including 1,100,000 ordinary shares held by Mr Wyatt's wife, equivalent to 6.23 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company (as enlarged by the issue of the placing shares).
