Director's Shareholding

Porta Communications plc, the AIM quoted international marketing and communications business, has been notified that Mr Raymond McKeeve, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, yesterday purchased 1,097,346 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at an average price of 9.1p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr McKeeve is beneficially interested in 4,347,346 ordinary shares in Porta representing 1.57 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
