RENEGOTIATION AND EXTENSION OF
BORROWING ARRANGEMENTS
In its Announcement dated 2 March 2009 Persimmon stated that it had agreed new terms and conditions with its banking partners and private note holders for the amendment of its existing credit facilities and the arrangement of a new Forward Start Banking Facility, with full documentation in the process of being finalised.
Persimmon now announces that the full documentation relating to these credit facilities was signed and all necessary formalities completed on 13 March 2009.
