Persimmon Plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that on 14 March 2018 Rachel Kentleton, Non-Executive Director and her husband Neil Thompson, sold 545 shares in the Company which they held jointly at an average price of £25.4621. Neil Thompson subsequently purchased 545 shares for his ISA at an average price of £25.467879.
