Porvair plc ("Porvair" or the "Company") 

Director Shareholding

Porvair was notified on 07 July 2009 that on that day Chris Tyler, a director of the Company, purchased 14,500 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company at a price of 69 pence per share. 

Following these purchases, Chris Tyler is interested in 24,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.06 % of Porvair's issued share capital.
