Board Changes and Grant of Options
Stellar Resources plc, the AIM and ISDX listed investing company focussed on the natural resources sector, is pleased to announce the appointment of Alastair Clayton and Jeremy Taylor-Firth to the Board of the Company with immediate effect.
Jeremy Taylor-Firth has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman and Alastair Clayton has been appointed as Executive Director.
Jeremy Taylor-Firth
Jeremy has 19 years of experience in investment management. In June 2006 he joined Singer & Friedlander Investment Management as an Investment Director. This business was then acquired by Williams de Broe where he worked until Oct 2010. Jeremy is currently an Investment Manager with Hanson Asset Management, where he has worked for the last 4 years.
Alastair Clayton
Alastair has over 20 years of experience in identifying, financing and developing mineral, energy and materials processing projects in Australia, Europe and Africa. A qualified geologist, Alastair also has a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Economics and maintains a broad network of Equity Provider and Private Equity relationships in both Europe, Africa and the US.

Donald Strang remains on the Board as a Non-Executive Director and Emma Priestley has stepped off the Board to pursue other business interests. The Board thanks Emma for her efforts over the past year and wishes her well.

There is no further information required to be disclosed in respect of the above appointments pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
The Company further announces it has granted options to subscribe for, in aggregate, 36,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each to the directors, pursuant to the terms of the Company's share option scheme. Mr Clayton, Mr Strang and Mr Taylor-Firth each receive 12,000,000 options. They vest immediately and are exercisable at 0.3 pence anytime up to 31 December 2020.
