Board Changes

Pressure Technologies (AIM: PRES), the specialist engineering group, announces that Alan Wilson has today resigned as Independent Non-Executive Chairman and Director with immediate effect.

He is succeeded as Independent Non-Executive Chairman by Neil MacDonald, the current Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Brian Newman becomes Senior Independent Non-Executive Director.

The Directors will look to make additional appointments to the Board in due course.
