Webinar and interim accounts

Premier announces that it plans to publish its interim financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2018 ("Accounts") on Friday 28 September.

The Company therefore plans to postpone the webinar as announced on 17 September to Wednesday 3 October 2018 at 13:00 pm (UTC+1) in order to allow shareholders the opportunity to review the Accounts and submit questions pertaining to the Accounts prior to the webinar.
