Proton PowerΒ announces that for the purposes of rule 5.6 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's share capital consists of 61,390,863 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each. There are no shares held inΒ treasury.
The total number of voting rights inΒ Proton PowerΒ is 61,390,863.
The increase ofΒ 30,000,000Β Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each is a result ofΒ the issue of new ordinary sharesΒ relating to theΒ placingΒ onΒ 28Β May 2008.
The above figure of 61,390,863 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,Β ProtonΒ Power, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
