Director/PDMR Share Purchases
Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., the leading government relations and public affairs group of companies providing a comprehensive range of advisory services, has been notified that on 25 October 2023 Mr. Mathew Lapinski, PDMR, purchased 5,000 Common Shares at 114 pence each and on 27 October 2023 Mr. G. Stewart Hall, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 25,000 Common Shares at 114 pence each. Following the transactions, Mathew Lapinski holds 1,802,494 shares, representing 1.59 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company and G. Stewart Hall holds 6,310,030 shares, representing 5.56 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
