Kevin McAuliffe to retire from Board at the next AGM
PPHE Hotel Group, the international hospitality real estate group which develops, owns and operates hotels and resorts, has been informed by Kevin McAuliffe, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Group, that he has decided to gradually retire from business life and, as a consequence, he will not stand for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting and will resign from the Board at the conclusion of the meeting.
Eli Papouchado, Non-Executive Chairman of PPHE Hotel Group said:
