Arena Hospitality Group d.d. - Long-term loan refinancing
PPHE Hotel Group, the international hospitality real estate group which develops, owns and operates hotels and resorts, announces that Arena Hospitality Group d.d., whose shares are listed on the Prime market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange and in which PPHE Hotel Group holds a controlling ownership interest, has today published an announcement regarding the execution of a new long-term loan agreement with PRIVREDNA BANKA ZAGREB in Croatia for refinancing its existing loans and investments in the Arena Grand Kažela Campsite.
